Sundays are my ultimate gratitude and self-care days.
Here’s how I set myself up for success every week, (trust me, these steps are fun and so rewarding!)
1. Move My Booty:
On Sundays, I get moving early, whether it’s a restorative long yoga class or a paddle board session at the river. This boosts my mood and sets an invigorating tone for the week.
2. Meal Prep:
I’m not a chef, but I like to indulge in healthy meals that are beautifully prepped and ready to go. This means fewer frantic lunches and more time to regroup between meetings!
3. Clean & Organize:
I tidy up my space. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but I love a clean environment because it helps me stay focused and reduces stress.
4. Indulge:
I pamper myself by either relaxing for hours with a unique book, a luxurious face mask, an extra-large green juice, or a ridiculously long bubble bath. It’s the perfect way to recharge and show myself some love.
5. Plan the Week:
I take a few minutes to map out my week, including work tasks, personal goals, and even fun activities. With a clear plan, I feel in charge when Monday morning comes. and it’s easier to honor my boundaries (even if things change.)
