Take a walk while hosting a conference call. Park half a mile from your next lunch date and take a stroll there and back. Waiting for your kids to come out of gymnastics? Leave a set of 5lb weights in the car and exercise from the parking lot. Incorporating these moves into your everyday life will invigorate your body for the long term.
Hydrate
